Moore & Associates was formed in 1997 to represent institutional and individual business clients within the public and private sectors.
Our attorneys practice in a wide range of areas representing the
Department of Defense, other federal, state and local authorities,
institutional lenders, accounting and financial consulting firms, real estate
developers/professional service firms,
associations and non-profit organizations, around the Washington-Baltimore
region and throughout New York City.

University (J.D., 1988); Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M., Masters in Taxation, 1997).
Honor: Riesman Award for Outstanding Scholastic and Community Service, JJC. Awards: Baltimore
City Council — Distinguished Community Service Award; and NASDB — Small
Business Advocate of the Year Award.
